For the safety of the cats in our care we must know who is coming to our salon and when so we can reduce the risk of cats escaping our facility.
If you would like to visit our salon for any reason you must book an appointment.
Our salon does not accept walk-ins for any services, product sales, or booking appointments. You must call in advance to visit our salon for any reason.
All cats must arrive in a locked pet-carrier!
Cats will not be accepted on leash, in the owners arms, in a box, or in any container other then a carrier made for small pets.
If you do not have access to a cat-carrier we have second-hand options for you to borrow.
Location
Our salon is located at 5672 Cowrie Street and we ask that you please use the BACK ENTRANCE instead of coming through Vape Street. Access our salon by driving down Mermaid Street towards city center and turn LEFT into the parking lot, then follow the lot on your left until you reach the end.
We have a sign on our door located at the back and a small dedicated short-term parking area. We request that you do not hold a parking spot for more the 15 minutes so that other clients can come and go.
